Job summary

Bayes Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor/engineer to support and oversee construction activities across condo, residential and mixed-development projects. You will plan, implement and monitor work, and ensure progress aligns with the master and detailed program.

You will liaise with consultants (QPS), coordinate with subcontractors, guide site supervisors, maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience on building projects with a main-contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
