Our client is an A1 Construction Developer for new Condominium projects.

Summary of Job Scope:

1. Project Management for Site
2. Project Planning and Coordination: Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects.
3. Quality Control and Compliance: Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance. Ensuring the project's compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
4. Site Management: Conducting spot or routine site visits to check subcontractor’s workmanship and speed. Resolving site problems encountered during the construction stage.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Reviewing engineering tasks and initiating necessary corrective actions. Monitoring work in progress.
6. Communication and Coordination: Coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
