Job description

To assist Project Manager
To support site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractor
Liaising with local authorities, clients, sub-contractor, and consultants to resolve any commercial and contractual matter
Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications
Resolving any technical problems/difficulties that may arise on site
To ensure proper handover of project to client
