UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor with civil and structural experience in Singapore. You will oversee field work, ensure safety, verify drawings, and coordinate with subcontractors to align with MSRA and project schedules.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency with MS Office is expected to prepare reports and presentations.

• Prepare and submit MSRA before work to ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the SO team to resolve inspection issues and obtain clearance.
• Lead site supervisors to achieve timely site inspections with quality and adherence to drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve issues, ensuring work aligns with MSRA, design specifications, and project schedules.
• Verify temporary works meet PE design requirements.

Job Description

• Prepare and submit Method Statement Risk Assessment (MSRA) before work commencement to ensure compliance and safety
• Collaborate with the SO team to resolve inspection issues and achieve timely clearance
• Lead site supervisors to clear site inspections by verifying work safety, quality, and adherence to drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve issues, ensuring work aligns with approved MSRA, design specifications, and project schedules
• Verify that all temporary works comply with Professional Engineer (PE) design requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural reinforced concrete or building works to ensure effective site supervision
• Proficiency in English for clear communication in writing and speaking
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports and presentations
