Job summary

Zse Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate technical, construction, procurement, and project execution activities on site. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to schedules and budgets while liaising with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and documents, monitoring construction progress, coordinating procurement, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work on site, including night or shift work when required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English with Mandarin-speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for compliance.
• Monitor daily site activities and construction progress; verify work quality.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
• Maintain project records and ensure updated drawings are available on site.
• Promote safe working practices and participate in safety inspections and meetings.
