Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, managing, and executing piling, soil nail, ground anchor, shotcrete works, and grouting works.
2. Coordinating with main contractor, subcontractors, and clients on execution part.
3. Directly reporting to Operations Director on a day-to-day basis.
4. Ensuring QA/QC is followed with respect to the specifications and drawings.
5. Familiarity with ACAD and Microsoft Package.
6. Determining mean sea levels for micro-bored pile cut off/toe level from soil investigation, TBM, drawings, and identifying soil classifications with respect to boreholes and drawing specifications.
7. Management of all site-related activities.
8. Preparation of daily reports for the projects handled.
9. Responsible for ensuring all project documentation is obtained from the office (drawings, setting out plans, method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures, etc.) before the start of works.
10. Liaising with all parties as well as the authorities to resolve any site execution discrepancies, construction issues, and reporting to the office for any contractual issues, such as variation order items.
11. Promoting and safeguarding safety standards.
12. Able to manage workers at the site and maintain the decorum of the company’s team culture.
13. Able to manage the works independently and complete the project successfully ahead of schedule.
