Job summary

Singapore Gold Mantis International Development Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate and supervise interior fit-out activities on our projects. You will ensure work is executed to plan, quality standards, and timelines, liaising with subcontractors and the project team to maintain smooth site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily site activities, supervising workers, verifying materials, maintaining records, and assisting the Project Manager in progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of site coordination experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and finishing works.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements (bizSAFE / ISO standards an advantage).

• Maintain accurate site records, including work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports to the Project Manager.
• Support project handover by ensuring all works are completed, inspected, and defects rectified.
