HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a Site Engineer for a 1 year contract convertible. The on-site role focuses on ensuring installation aligns with engineering specs, schedules, and budget, reporting to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality, delivery timelines, and client expectations per consultant/owner.
• Maintain execution documentation and minutes to avoid delays.
• Foster good client relationships at site.
• Ensure installation team and subcontractors meet quality scope and EHS standards.
• Coordinate with main contractor/consultant/owner on schedule and changes.
• Lead bi-weekly project meetings and report progress, escalating issues as needed.
• Support General Manager and other departments on outsourcing and subcontracting.

Site Engineer ( 1 year contract convertible)

Responsible for the technical integrity and operational flow of the installation phase. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that industrial systems are installed according to engineering specifications, on schedule, and within theallocated budget. You report directly to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.

Roles

• Manage and ensure project meets internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines, and strategy required by Consultant/Owner with compliance to Workplace Safety Health (WSH) and prevent any Liquidated Damage (LD) imposed by Consultant/Owner.
• Maintain proper execution documentations and minutes of meeting to avoid claims and counter claims for delays or proof for extension of time
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with the various parties at site that foster good client ties
• Ensure installation team and sub-contractors perform and comply with predefined quality scope of work and EHS standard.
• Communicate with Main Contractor/Consultant/Owner regarding project schedule and site facilities while manage customer changes throughout project and ensure deviations are commercially addressed ensuring configured documents are maintained at all times.
• Conduct bi-weekly project meeting with supervisor and feedback on the respective site issue and the progress of the projects.
• Assist General Manager and work closely with other departments, namely purchasing, quality control (QC) and Environment, health and safety (EHS) in promoting effective out-sourcing &msub-contracting.
• Review and approve WSH documents including Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Safe Work Procedure, Fall Prevention Plan, Lifting Plan, Safety
• Management System, Permit to Work and ensure the work is carry out safely.
• To comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in site management including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Good team player with ability to work independently.

• Quality management system (QMS) fundamental & experience.
