We are now on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Site Engineer who thrives on-site, loves solving problems, and takes pride in delivering architectural excellence.

Your Role

  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and method statement reviews for architectural cladding works.
  • Interpret and implement technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Track progress, prepare site reports, and assist in project handover.
  • Be the on-ground problem-solver – adapting and innovating to real-time site conditions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in façade, cladding, or envelope works (fresh grads with passion welcome).
  • Strong technical understanding of architectural materials and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and site plans.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for precision and detail.
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of iconic projects shaping the skyline.
  • Work with cutting-edge design and façade technologies.
  • Gain full exposure across design, production, and installation.
  • Collaborative team culture that values innovation, quality, and growth.
