Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a civil engineer to support project management on-site and off-site meetings, and to handle architectural samples, shop drawings, and related submissions to consultants or authorities.

The role involves coordinating and monitoring progress on site, conducting periodic inspections, working with subcontractors and RE/RTO, and solving problems to keep the work schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or PG Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with on- and off-site meetings for technical issues.
• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress, perform periodic inspections and attend meetings.
• Demonstrate problem solving to progress work according to schedule.
• Supervise site activities and coordinate with sub-contractors, RE and RTO.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
