Job summary

Borr Drilling recherche un professionnel expérimenté pour superviser les travaux sur site des projets HDB (BTO) à Singapour. Le candidat participera à la coordination et à la documentation des projets, à la supervision des équipes et à la production de rapports de progrès hebdomadaires. Une solide expérience en construction, ainsi que des compétences en communication et organisation, sont essentielles.

Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience de travail dans des projets HDB (BTO).
• Connaissance de Conquas.
• Expériences en bâtiment et architecture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision of structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate project planning and execution of works on site.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and attend site meetings.

Job description

• Reports to APM
• To assist in site supervision structural and architectural works
• Coordinate with consultant RTO / RE.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress reports
• Attend subcon meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements
• At least 5 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) project
• Building and Architectural experiences
• Conquas Knowledge
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Independent with good communication skill
