• Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently and at night if required.

• Job Description & Requirements
• Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
• Investigating the properties of materials
• Involved in coordination and supervision of construction site works
• Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure
• Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition
• Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
• Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers.
• Liaise effectively with clients, and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objections

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachlor Degree or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of HDB/residence experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in the construction industry of Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Revit / 3DS Max
• Able to work on Night if required
• Able to do multitask working and independent working
