Job summary

HONG YANG CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee plans, drawings and quantities, ensuring materials and work meet specifications while coordinating with contractors and the workforce on site.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, plan work schedules and resources, monitor quality and safety, and prepare reports as required. Candidate should have a construction-related diploma/degree, at least 1 year of experience, and be bilingual in English and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Building Construction.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willingness to learn and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing VO and other reports as required.
• Other related duties, as assigned
