Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to assist the Project Manager in daily site coordination and execution of project plans. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering Diploma or Degree, with at least 2 years of experience in the local industry, preferably in road works and drainage. Responsibilities include liaising with parties involved in projects, attending inspections, and managing project budgets. Candidates with LTA project experiences are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in local Civil Engineering industry, specifically in road works and drainage.
• Candidates with LTA project experiences are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with daily coordination, planning, and execution of project plans.
• Liaise with relevant parties involved in project work.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor project progress.
• Conduct meetings with clients to clarify and meet specific requirements on time.
• Maintain budgets and adjust as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Assist Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.

Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.

Attend site meeting, inspection, monitoring and reporting of the project progress.

Conduct meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.

Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.

Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of department.

Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure

Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous

Minimum 2 years of working experience in local Civil Engineering industry - Road works, drainage

Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board/ BCA

Candidates with LTA project experiences will be an advantage.

Preferably bilingual.
