Job summary

YINSHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent ACMV Project Coordinator to supervise and coordinate ACMV installation works, including ducting, VRV systems, AHUs, chillers, and related piping.

You will ensure adherence to shop drawings and project specifications, plan daily activities, and coordinate with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will monitor progress, provide technical guidance, attend site meetings, prepare progress reports and documentation,

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate reports and submit paperwork on time.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.]
• Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, including ducting, VRV systems, AHUs, chillers, piping and ACMV controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ACMV installation works, including ducting, VRV systems, AHUs, chillers, piping and control systems.
• Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, coordinated services drawings and project specifications.
• Plan daily work activities and manpower deployment with site supervisors to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and material usage, and highlight delays or concerns to the project team.
• Provide technical guidance to supervisors and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings, record action items and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, inspection forms, material requests and delivery records.
• Ensure paperwork is complete, properly organised and submitted on time.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, and follow up on corrective actions and inspection sign-offs.
• Ensure site activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, company procedures and environmental standards.
• Support project handover and coordinate defect rectification during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Job Requirements
