Job summary

HPC Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure schedules are met, and coordinate between engineers, foremen, subcontractors and vendors.

You will prepare detailed programs, monitor QA/QC, resolve drawing discrepancies, and enforce safety practices while optimizing resources such as manpower, materials and equipment to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Foundation, Structural and Civil Works.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review master construction program and prepare catch-up plans when needed.
• Supervise engineers and foremen, ensure compliance with quality procedures and workmanship standards.
• Prepare detailed site programs to guide the team and ensure timely completion.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies with the Technical team.
• Develop detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinate subs, vendors and internal departments; monitor manpower, materials and equipment demands.
• Conduct site inspections and QA/QC checks.
• Plan all on-site works including scheduling, construction methods and resource forecasts; manage usage and wastage.
• Adhere to safety practices on site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors / vendors / internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Site inspection and QAQC check
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastage of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
