Job summary

JOBMATCH RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant construction site experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise supervisors/foremen to ensure workmanship quality.
• Check quality and quantity of subcontractor work.
• Prepare detailed site program and ensure timely completion.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies with Technical team.
• Prepare method statements and work instructions.
• Coordinate between subcontractors/vendors and monitor manpower/material/equipment to meet schedules.
• Liaise with Consultants on submissions related to structural works.
• Plan all site works, including schedules and construction methods.
• Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure material and tool availability.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and supervise supervisors / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.


• Check on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.


• Prepare detailed program for the site team to follow closely & completed in time.


• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.


• Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.


• Coordinate between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.


• Liaise with Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.


• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirements, and control usage.


• Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.


• Prepare cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.


• Strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and sound problem-solving skills.
