Job summary

GRANDTECH Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage on-site progress under the Project Manager / Site Manager.

You will liaise with consultants for submissions and approvals, and coordinate inspections with Resident Engineer and clerk of works. The role focuses on planning, programming, monitoring of work, and ensuring safety and proper execution of site procedures while coordinating subcontractors for structure and architectural works.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required or preferred; PE Board registration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the arrangement of work.
• Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of materials and shop drawings.
• Plan, program and monitor work progress on site; coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and clerk of works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works of subcontractors (structure and architectural).
