Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Civil Engineer on-site to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with consultants and manage progress on site.

The role requires planning, problem solving on site, coordination with Resident Engineer and clerk of works, and ensuring safety compliance across structural and architectural works.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background or degree preferred.
• Registration with PE Board is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise on-site work as directed by Project/Site Manager.
• Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of materials and shop drawings.
• Plan, schedule and monitor on-site progress and programmes.
• Coordinate inspection work with Resident Engineer and clerk of works.
• Address technical and engineering problems on site.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures.
• Coordinate the works of subcontractors for structural and architectural trades.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the Arrangement of work

Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings

Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works

Handling technical and engineering problems on site

Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors Structure and Architectural work

Requirements:

Civil Engineer preferably registered with PE Board

Min 3- 4 years' experience
