Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Lab IT Support professional to provide LIMS/LES support and manage lab-connected equipment and instrument solutions in a GMP-driven environment.

You will coordinate with global support partners, handle incident management, and contribute to PMS for Modulus Singapore site, ensuring data integrity and compliance in a fast-paced pharma lab setting.

Qualifications

• Solid technical skills in Windows and network fundamentals.
• Experience with LIMS and LES systems.
• Knowledge of system architecture and data backup/restore.
• Experience with QC laboratory systems deployment and GxP change control.

Responsibilities

• Support Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Support Laboratory Execution Systems (LES).
• Lab equipment and instrument connection solutions (IoI, OMNIS, Empower software, SoftmaxPro, etc.).
• Equipment connected workstations in Lab.
• Technical self-troubleshooting and coordinating with global support and vendors in case of incidents.
• Manage the process of digital infrastructure Project Managed service (PMS) for Modulus Singapore site.

• Experience on application and Infra deployment projects such as QC laboratory systems.
• Business environment: Pharma industry - Vaccines, Biologic products, Manufacturing Environment, GxP compliance.
