• Working location: Central

• Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate daily site activities, including work scheduling and planning.

• Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to workers effectively.

• Supervise and manage site workers to ensure productivity and discipline.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Assist in on-site rectification or troubleshooting works when required.

• Transport workers to and from the job site as needed.

• Enforce and implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.

• Liaise with stakeholders and follow up on issues raised on-site.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Possess ITE certificate preferably in the electrical / mechanical field or other related engineering field with some hands-on technical experience.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the construction industry with prior experience supervising a team of workers.

• Must possess class 3 driving license
