Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities for our construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Provide support and guidance to on-site staff and address any performance issues as needed
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency and productivity
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of site coordination or supervisory experience in construction or marine projects
• Proficient in reading construction plans, understanding technical specs, and using project tools
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Preferable fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with multilingual teams and vendors
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
