Job summary

A leading mobility service provider in Singapore is seeking a Site Operations Associate to manage concierge services for limousine and private hire car operations. Ideal candidates will have a Class 3 driving license, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers rostered night shifts; candidates should be ready to drive the extra mile.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Class 3 Local Driving License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Night Owl – Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and passengers on-site.
  • Allocate and assign drivers and vehicles for each trip based on availability.
  • Monitor trip progress in real-time, resolving any issues that may arise.

Your Role on Our Journey

The Site Operations Associate (LyloConcierge) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the limousine and private hire car concierge services. Working within a rostered environment at the operations center, they coordinate and monitor passenger bookings, driver assignments, and trip fulfilment to deliver exceptional service standards.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and passengers on-site

  • Allocate and assign drivers and vehicles for each trip based on availability, location, and service requirements, including monitoring of ongoing trips

  • Communicate effectively with drivers regarding trip details, changes, and instructions

  • Record trip details, incidents, and operational data accurately

  • Assist in managing driver rosters and deployment to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts

  • Greet passengers professionally upon arrival and departure

  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and ensure comfort and safety

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive experience

  • Confirm and prepare each scheduled trip, ensuring all details are accurate (pickup locations, destinations, special requests)

  • Monitor trip progress in real-time, resolving any issues that may arise during transit

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Must have a Class 3 Local Driving License with minimum of 2 years driving experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is a must!

  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safety procedures will be a bonus!

  • Night Owl – Working Hours: 6 Days Rostered

  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
