Overview

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the relocation of aggregates between multiple stockpile sites, ensuring smooth logistics operations, proper loading, and systematic stockpiling. The role also involves overseeing site activities throughout the project cycle to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the relocation of aggregates between multiple stockpile sites using tipper trucks.
  • Manage loading operations with wheel loaders and ensure proper stockpiling at designated sites.
  • Coordinate with transporters, equipment operators, and site personnel to ensure efficient site logistics.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Support planning and scheduling of site work to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, delivery records, and activity logs.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Qualifications
  • Min Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property or construction projects covering the full project cycle (from demolition to CSC).
  • Strong understanding of site coordination, logistics, and material handling operations.
  • Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
