Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.

• Assign job tasks to workers and conduct daily briefings.

• Ensure compliance with WSH Regulations & Safety Procedures.

• Closely monitor jobs and provide necessary updates to the internal division.

• Respond to customer feedback and inquiries, provide good client support, and maintain a good relationship.

• Control and manage purchases and stock.

• Identify and resolve workplace problems.

• Provide reports and activity updates to management.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
