Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination: Organizing work schedules, deliveries, and subcontractors.
Supervision: Monitoring workers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Problem-Solving: Addressing on-site issues and ensuring work progresses as planned.
Quality Control: Inspecting work to meet project standards and specifications.

Requirements:

Willingness to perform hands-on work.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in renovation construction will be an added advantage.
