A leading construction firm is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage maintenance projects and liaise with clients. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 3 years of experience, and coordinate effectively with teams while also managing project costs.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 3 years in the Civil Engineering field.
• Must be fully vaccinated with a WHO approved vaccine.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for maintenance jobs.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate costs.
• Arrange works with workers or subcontractors.
• Travel to job sites around Singapore.

Job description

Requirement :

• Must be fully vaccinated (after 14th days of second dose / WHO approved vaccine)
• Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Must able to speak and write English
• Must understand building and civil jobs
• Will be good if have M&E knowledge
• Can come immediately once approve IPA and entry approval
• Experience at least 3 yrs in Civil engineering field

• Report to Project Manager
• To coordinate with clients for maintenance jobs
• To prepare, submit and negotiate costs
• To arrange works with workers or sub con
• Arrange required materials with Purchasing department
• To prepare completion reports and claim
• Have to travel job site around Main land and island Singapore
