Job summary

AHR CAREER PTE. LTD. seeks a on-site construction roles leader to read drawings, lead installation teams, and execute works per project schedules. You will plan manpower, utilize materials efficiently, and resolve technical issues on construction sites while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The role involves coordinating with main and sub-contractors, reporting progress to the project team, and managing all on-site matters. Regular outdoor work from Monday to Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Reads construction drawings.
• Manpower planning and deployment for site works.
• Coordinate with main/sub-contractors.
• Ensure safe work procedures on site.

Responsibilities

• Able to read construction drawings.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
