Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited in Singapore is seeking a Site-based Project Scheduler to develop and maintain project programmes in consultation with the project team.

The role involves coordinating inputs from contractors and suppliers, preparing baselines with resources and cost loadings, and monitoring progress to keep turnover in line with the master schedule.

You will produce weekly and monthly progress reports and develop micro-programmes for trades to support site planning and coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board or BCA.
• Strong scheduling and planning knowledge for large construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team.
• Coordinate inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers for programme development.
• Prepare baseline schedule with resources, cost loadings, S-curves and narratives.
• Work on progress forecasts and rolling programmes.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports to track progress against plan.
• Develop micro-programmes for specific trades for site planning & coordination.
• Monitor progress to align turnover and cost with master schedule.
• Monitor submissions of drawings & materials with approvals.
• Monitor project orders/deliveries per agreed schedules.
• Coordinate interfacing and alignment with discipline in charge.
• Prepare & develop claimable EOT with commercial team and catch-up plans.
