- Prepare and maintain a master list of drawings, documents, and all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of filing systems and document storage.
- Provide administrative support to daily site operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the head office as required.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant site administration experience in the construction industry
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
