Job summary
A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage WSHE documentation and support various safety initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of workplace safety and health is a plus. This role is based in Jalan Buroh.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Administrative experience.
- Knowledge in workplace safety and health would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Update, maintain and manage all WSHE documents.
- Prepare documents for LTA submission on Monthly Progress Report and Monthly WSHE Report.
- Provide documentation support during inspections and audits.

Job Descriptions
- Update, maintain and manage all WSHE documents
- Disseminate, monitor and track all incoming and outgoing WSHE documents
- Update, maintain and manage SIC, Bio-metrics and RFID
- Maintain WSHE management procedures, its administrative and recording system to ensure the documentation for OSHAS are in place
- Maintain records of non-compliance, penalty and infringement
- Prepare meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations
- Prepare documents for LTA submission on Monthly Progress Report and Monthly WSHE Report
- Provide documentation support during inspections and audits
- Assist in WSHE campaign/promotional activities
- Assist in ordering of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and materials as needed
- Maintain records of near miss, incident & accident
- Coordinate and maintain records of training courses for workers/staff as needed
Job Requirements
- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- With at least 2 years Administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Knowledge in workplace safety and health would be an advantage
