Job description

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturday may require half-day work depending on the project (OT claims applicable).

Location: Office at City Hall, with work at Jurong site.

Salary: $2400 to $2900.

Requirements: At least 1 WSQ certification and 3 years of experience.

Job Scope
  • Direct report to Project Manager.
  • Update organization charts, project directory, weather, and manpower records quarterly for monthly project reports.
  • Answer and screen all incoming calls, raise Purchase Orders for stationery, manage site office supplies and equipment, and liaise with HR for assistance.
  • Handle worker's monthly salary, supplier payments, petty cash, prepare site working passes, induction records, and assist in correspondence with project stakeholders.
  • Manage site staff's timesheets, leave, OT applications, onboarding, and circulate site correspondence.
  • Understand worker's pay policies and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Update foreign worker addresses, handle work permits and passports, and arrange dormitory and transportation.
  • Assist in ordering hardware materials, manage records, and resolve project conflicts, feedback, and complaints.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, coordinate with clients, residents, and government bodies.
  • Prepare notices, reports, attend meetings, and seek management approval for project proposals.
  • Coordinate staff training, ensure proper document filing, and provide administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
