Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics execution environments, including shipping, transportation, warehousing, and international freight management.
• Experience with Small and Medium Enterprises in Singapore/Malaysia adopting SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven project management experience with PRINCE2 or similar certifications.
• At least 10 years as an SAP functional consultant in fields like FI/CO, MM/SD, and Logistics.

Job description

Division: Legend Logistics Limited/BIO

Job Description:

• Ensure 100% compliance in the Enterprise Master Data Management Program, with support mechanisms to assist BPO/Key Business Users in operating effectively on SAP S/4HANA platform, including business process modifications.
• Provide excellent support for Level 1 and Level 2 support mechanisms (Level 2 via Application Management Service model), including timelines, User Acceptance Testing, and data migration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure leads and hosting partners to conduct periodic audits, monitor S/4HANA cloud performance, implement solutions to prevent service disruptions, and escalate critical issues to BIO/AMS partners/SAP AG, following through to resolution.
• Guide, coach, and mentor SAP Functional Consultants; engage with BPO to share feedback and areas for improvement; ensure proper negotiation and documentation for any scope changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics execution environments, including shipping, transportation, warehousing, and international freight management, within shippers or logistics service providers.
• Experience working with Small and Medium Enterprises in Singapore/Malaysia adopting SAP S/4HANA as the core enterprise system, coaching SAP functional consultants and key business users.
• Experience leading Master Data Management processes within SAP, ensuring timeliness and governance, collaborating with SAP functional teams and business users/BPO.
• Knowledge of ISO Tank, Container TEU freight management, or shipping logistics is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology.
• Proven project management experience with PRINCE2 or similar certifications, leading at least two successful SAP S/4HANA core enterprise implementations and regional rollouts.
• At least 10 years of experience as an SAP functional consultant in fields such as FI/CO, MM/SD, Logistics (WMS/TMS/HUM).
• Knowledge of ABAP programming or SAP Fiori is a plus.
