Singaporean Only! Warehouse Supervisor (Warehouse ops/Supervising/Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectations.
2. Manage space for inbound shipment.
3. Lead a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks to staff scheduling, and ensure staff compliance.
4. Assist with daily transportation arrangements.
5. Tally inventory with Singapore custom records, products inventory, and ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
6. Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
7. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Support the team with daily reporting such as inventory reports, warehouse, and distribution tracking reports.
9. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
2. Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS.
