A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to manage monitoring and documentation of quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various teams in the logistics sector, ensuring quality checks, and assisting with inspections. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in quality control and good communication skills.

• Conduct daily quality checking of inspection reports.
• Revise department’s work instructions as required.

Job Responsibilities & duties:

• Coordinate and liaise between internal members such as packers, admin and or logistics coordinators, as well as QC team
• To conduct daily quality checking of inspection reports to ensure documentation standards
• Monitoring the distribution of all the company quality documentation
• Daily monitoring and checking the accuracy of the done reports by QC team
• Update quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements as per assigned by executive and manager
• Revise department’s work instructions according to job-flow changes or as per customer requirements
• Act as a backup for QC inspector role to conduct inspections when required
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
