Singaporean Only! Process Engineer (Hands-On Exp in Chemical Process/West)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and assess existing processes, gather measurements, and interpret data, including SCADA system operations, in line with the company's digitalization goals.
2. Conduct risk assessments.
3. Research, design, and develop processes aimed at optimizing productivity and workflow.
4. Oversee the operations and maintenance of facility processes.
5. Define the organization and structure of operations.
6. Supervise the implementation of new processes and procedures.
7. Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to processes, procedures, and operations.
8. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance throughput and output quality.
9. Manage cost and time constraints effectively.
10. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
11. Participate in and perform PSM (Process Safety Management) and Hazop studies.
12. Act as a turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdowns.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the process industry.
3. Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, process improvement, and safety management.
4. Team-oriented and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
