An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee the operations of their Production Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and reviewing work processes, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe work environment. You will utilize your strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide your team and collaborate with other departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth execution of production works while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor the operations of Production Team including planning and review of work process for execution of production works.
Plan and review manpower strength and competencies for current and potential new tasks.
Identify training and development needs for production personnel.
Manage inventory, ensuring stock replenishment for new projects or urgent work orders.
Monitor car park system deployment movements and oversee work planning, execution, and delivery per sales order requirements.
Collaborate with the team to address work challenges and monitor performance in planning, quality, and deadlines.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment, identifying and improving safety hazards as at workplace and establish awareness of work hazards.
Check and approve the Goods Issue Note (GIN) prepared by Production Technician for each project.
For private/commercial projects, finalize equipment lists and oversee production planning and system testing based on urgency/deadlines of service delivery.
For government projects, monitor preparation phases, equipment deployment, and inventory levels to support work volume.
Requirements:
· Singaporeans ONLY
· Diploma/Degree holder
· 3 years of experience managing production teams, inventory, or manufacturing processes.
· Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
· Good leadership and teamwork abilities to guide staff and work with other departments.
· Understanding of production processes and inventory management.
