Working location: East (Alps, Tampines, Greenwich, Changi)

Company transport provided from Aft Pasir Ris St 53, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Tampines East, Jurong East Venture Avenue

or

Working Location: West (Tuas, Pioneer, Benoi, Penjuru)

Company transport provided from Jurong East, Boon Lay, CCK

Basic Salary $2400 - $2600 based on experience in logistics documentation + OT, gross up to $3000 or more

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with customers and transporters regarding delivery/collection arrangements and requirements

• Order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.

• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.

• Key in cycle count details into company system and prepare accurate reports for Operations Executive

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely

• Other ad hoc been assigned

Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ level

• Experience in warehouse/logistics documentations/logistics admin

• Meticulous and possess positive attitude
