Job description

Responsibilities:

* Support the HR & Admin Department in managing the full spectrum of human resource functions and general administrative tasks.

* Coordinate and handle recruitment and training activities.

* Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll administration.

* Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR system and personal files.

* Administer applications and renewals for foreign work passes.

* Verify and process claims related to work injuries, insurance, and medical expenses.

* Assist in conducting market surveys from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and respond to other HR-related surveys.

* Prepare and submit government-related claims in a timely manner.

* Draft and issue HR correspondence such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, increment and bonus letters, etc.

* Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

* Meticulous, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, payroll software, and HR systems.

* Skilled in using Mail Merge.

* Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
