Une entreprise de consultation en ressources humaines recherche un professionnel pour gérer les expéditions et optimiser les opérations logistiques. Ce rôle implique la responsabilité de l'approvisionnement des tarifs, la gestion des documents et la résolution des problèmes opérationnels. Le candidat doit posséder un diplôme en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe et exécuter ses tâches avec précision et attention aux détails.
Responsibilities:
Rate Sourcing and Business Opportunities:Source competitive rates for all shipments and identify potential business opportunities to enhance service offerings and profitability.
Shipment Management:Follow up on shipment status, prepare and process shipments, and provide timely updates to customers. Coordinate collection and delivery of shipments with contractors to meet shipping line and co-loader closing times.
Documentation:Handle all necessary documentation for shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Payment Collection:Ensure all COD (Cash on Delivery) customer payments are collected prior to the release of the bill of lading or delivery to the customer.
Operational Communication:Respond promptly to all messages and inquiries related to operational matters, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders.
Job File Closure:Close all job files promptly to meet month-end closing deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Service Planning:Establish new services and plan groupage services as directed, continuously improving operational efficiency and service quality.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:Work closely with the Assistance Operation Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any operational challenges.
Additional Duties:Perform other duties as delegated, contributing to the overall success of the operations team.
Requirements:
Only open for Singaporeans
Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Certificate in Transport Logistics or related field is an added advantage.
Proficiency in import/export documentation and familiarity with TradeNet; Good understanding of carriers, contractors, and shipping procedures.
Preferred experience with shipping procedures and operational workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documentation and operational tasks.
