About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Proactively follow up on customer queries & needs.
  • Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times.
  • Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning.
  • General store operations – including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take and general housekeeping.
  • Keep abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
  • Utilize product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales.
  • Develop strong connections with customers to generate loyalty and repeat transactions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or SIC.

Job Requirements:

  • Local and PR candidates preferred.
  • Past experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus.
  • Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Willing to work according to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
