• Extensive senior-level experience in risk, compliance, audit or assurance within a complex financial-services organisation.
• Leading risk-based assurance or control-testing activity.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment for financial institutions.
• Clear understanding of risk governance and the three lines model.
• Ability to lead a country portfolio and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• High integrity and resilience in a complex environment.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the Singapore Risk and Compliance Assurance strategy and annual plan.
• Act as the senior in-country representative for Risk and Compliance Assurance.
• Provide leaders with clear conclusions on control design and operating effectiveness; identify root causes.
• Escalate material control deficiencies, emerging risks and remediation promptly.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and other assurance providers to optimise coverage.
• Deliver outputs that are accurate, timely and of high quality.
