Job summary

y-5g builders pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with local codes and securing approvals from authorities such as BCA, URA, LTA, NEA, SCDF, and IMDA. A minimum of 3 years of PM experience in Singapore is required.

You will act as the primary liaison between teams, clients, and government bodies, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or Architecture is required.
• 3–5 years of PM experience in Singapore with track record of delivering projects.
• Experience dealing with regulatory authorities (BCA, URA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, etc.) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Singapore codes of practice and submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
