Job summary

RUNH POWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior executive to oversee Singapore operations, drive delivery of projects, and manage local financing operations.

The role requires coordinating development, project execution, and financing to achieve KPIs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices. The candidate will lead a multinational team and establish strong links with government agencies, financiers, clients, and partners to support business growth and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Engineering or related fields.
• 10+ years in overseas power EPC, with 5+ years in senior executive management.
• Fluent in English; strong cross-cultural communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate mid-to-long-term development plans and annual targets for the Singapore office.
• Coordinate business development, project execution, and financing operations to hit core KPIs.
• Oversee full-lifecycle project control and contract fulfillment with risk management.
• Lead design and execution of local and international financing solutions for expansion.
• Build organizational structure and manage a team blending local and expatriate staff.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and maintain relations with authorities and partners.
