A leading company in the hospitality industry seeks a Guest Services Attendant to ensure a smooth experience for guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and coordinating special events while ensuring safety. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable working elevated areas.
Shifts: 9am - 6pm OR 1230pm - 1030pm (1 hour break)
Responsibilities
Welcome guests, guide them through ticketing and entry procedures, and provide directions or assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit
Address guest enquiries, enforce safety protocols, and check tickets at designated entry points
Coordinate and support special experiences such as VIP access, Private Capsules, and Sky Dining events
Monitor crowd flow, maintain security in restricted areas, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Comfortable working at elevated heights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have own white polo tee and white covered shoes
Able to commit at least 4 days/ week (including weekends)
