Job description

Shifts: 9am - 6pm OR 1230pm - 1030pm (1 hour break)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, guide them through ticketing and entry procedures, and provide directions or assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit

  • Address guest enquiries, enforce safety protocols, and check tickets at designated entry points

  • Coordinate and support special experiences such as VIP access, Private Capsules, and Sky Dining events

  • Monitor crowd flow, maintain security in restricted areas, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Comfortable working at elevated heights

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have own white polo tee and white covered shoes

  • Able to commit at least 4 days/ week (including weekends)
