Job summary

Conservation International Asia-Pacific, Ltd. seeks a Program Manager to lead the launch, implementation, and ongoing management of the Future of Work: Youth Employment in Sustainable Ocean Food Systems program across Southeast Asia.

The role interfaces with Conservation International, Standard Chartered Foundation, and Standard Chartered Bank colleagues, overseeing portfolio and grant management, due diligence, and impact learning to advance blue economy livelihoods in Indonesia, Malaysia,

Qualifications

Education/Experience: 5+ years in youth economic empowerment program design and management.
Experience in international development context.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Co-designs program grantmaking strategies with the Foundation and partner teams.
Source aligned projects and manage due diligence for delivery partners.
Oversee portfolio governance, compliance, and financial reporting.
Coordinate learning measures and theory of change across portfolios.
Support ecosystem thought leadership and partner communications.
Prepare governance materials and provide progress updates.
