Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Revit BIM to develop and manage project drawings without a BIM coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Assist in design concepts, space planning, and client-aligned presentations.
- Translate concepts into detailed drawings and BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare layout plans and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with Senior Designer and Design Manager across design stages.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Support coordination with Project Management and Quantity Surveyor for costing.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality.
- Maintain BIM model library and project documentation.
- Assist in material sourcing and liaison with vendors for quotes.
- Stay updated on design trends and BIM technologies.
- Contribute to process improvement within the design team.
