Job summary

INTELLIMATICZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to own the data migration stream for a core banking transformation.

The role requires hands-on experience across data mapping, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover, and close collaboration with product vendors to validate To-Be designs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data migration activities, manage cross-team dependencies, and report progress to senior stakeholders throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data migration experience within core banking transformations.
• End-to-end migration lifecycle delivery including mapping, profiling, cleansing, and cutover.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the data migration workstream end to end across profiling, mapping, cleansing, and cutover.
• Coordinate Data Mapping, Data Profiling & Cleansing, Reconciliation, and Master Data workstreams.
• Drive validation, SIT/UAT support, and cutover readiness with vendors and delivery teams.
• Provide regular status reporting and escalate risks affecting milestones.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and steering forums on migration approaches and risks.
