Phoenix Contact Singapore is seeking a tenacious Senior Sales Manager to lead our local sales team, manage key customer relationships, and expand market presence across Singapore. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

You will provide pre-sales technical guidance, deliver product presentations and workshops, and lead account reviews to drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in industrial electrical, electronics or automation products, with 5+ years in supervision.
• Solid technical understanding of industrial electrical/electronic products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and budgets.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead local sales team and coach performance.
• Manage key customer relationships and growth of portfolio.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance and after-sales support.
• Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare regular sales reports on revenue, pipeline, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and Industry Management for workshops and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
