Job summary

Fugro Singapore Marine Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AI Specialist (AI/ML Engineer) to build, deploy and support AI, ML and automation solutions. The role covers prototype development, API integration, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle with focus on quality, safety, cost and reliability.

This 3-year fixed term contract is based in Singapore and open to SG Citizens/PR candidates. You will work across APAC, collaborating with AI architects and data teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience in software engineering with 3–5 years in AI/ML or LLM applications.
Strong Python proficiency including FastAPI and async programming.
Hands-on with LLM frameworks and RAG systems.
Experience deploying AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
Exposure to ML/MLOps practices and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy and support AI/ML and automation solutions across enterprise platforms.
Develop rapid prototypes and production-ready components.
Integrate AI capabilities via APIs and middleware into ERP/CRM/ITSM systems.
Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines and tooling orchestration.
Document designs, share reusable components and support knowledge transfer.
